This week has been hard. My mind has been spinning with endless worry. Sadness has filled my heart; tears flow abundantly. The weather outdoors has been mimicking what’s been going on internally. I look out the window and see more rain/storm clouds rolling in. “I’m so sick of this rain” I declare. Then my 3 year old reminds me, in the simple way only a 3 year old can: “rain makes you grow momma”. Oh how right she is. And for the first time all week, among the rain and through the tears, I smile…for I am reminded that there’s deep beauty and growth to come. #letitflow #growth #rain #releasethefear #releasetheworry #miscarriage #infantloss #doula #lifecoach #mentalhealth #anxiety #simplereminder #threeyearoldsarethebest
