When anxiety, fear or anger bubble up I know that I am operating from my head and not my heart. I am ungrounded; disconnected. To strengthen my roots, I have a daily practice, or ritual to help me connect back to my highest self. Back to love. Back to wholeness. Affirmations and journaling are my daily spiritual practice. This practice helps ground me. It centers me. It helps connect me to the abundance of the universe. This small daily practice has literally saved me. My mala beads and my journal are a constant, no matter the uncertainty that surrounds me. I am home here. What is your spiritual practice?
