Hello, my name is Sindy Kanwar, and I am a trauma-informed Certified Coach through the Seeds of Growth Academy. I specialize in pregnancy and infant loss, infertility, and involuntary childlessness. I am also a Self Compassion Artist and Certified Human Resources Professional.

My story is about being childless after infertility. The journey of trying to conceive can leave many of us with no bundle of joy to call our own. Instead, our hearts are left with the deep pain of grief as we try to move forward. My husband and I tried to conceive for seven years with three losses. After learning about a genetic chromosome issue in 2016, we decided to live a childless life. As painful as it was to move forward, we knew it was the right decision for us. I was not prepared, however, for how my unresolved anger, hurt, guilt and shame would impact my mental health. After exploring different avenues of healing, I slowly developed the courage to hold space for all my emotions and acknowledge them. I created @sindywithcare in 2020, to inspire others to hold self-compassion when navigating their own journey with grief and loss.

What inspired me to become a Coach is to provide support to others who are faced with unforeseen circumstances. What I am here to do is walk alongside you in your journey, so you can meet a future in which you feel empowered and at peace.
