Zoe has always been interested in the healing arts, psychology and community building. After losing her first son in 2019 due to a tragic injury during labour, she experienced first hand the lack of resources available and the need for support that families in this terrible situation require. Her desire to support people who are navigating grief became too strong to ignore. Zoe began working towards becoming a counsellor and will graduate as an RPC-C in 2023. Zoe is a member of the Sunshine Coast Maternal Mental Health Comittee and helps organize the annual Perinatal and Infant Loss Awareness Walk in her community. She volunteers for The Sunshine Coast Hospice Society and PILSC providing peer support, providing and creating resources and facilitating a local support group for bereaved families. Zoe is a certified Pregnancy and Infant Loss Coach who holds a space of warmth, empathy and bravery in which her clients are free to explore their deepest selves with no judgement. Zoe can relate to people from all walks of life and believes resilience can be learned, we can do hard things and that we are stronger together.
