Ashley Rose is a compassionate Certified Pregnancy & Infant Loss Coach and Doula, walking alongside others as they navigate the complexities of parenthood after loss. As a fellow bereaved parent, she brings a genuine mix of empathy and optimism to her mission of supporting individuals through the perinatal period, with a sincere desire to reignite joy after loss, while honoring grief.

Through her own experiences, she has learned the importance of support during pregnancy, birth and beyond. She was shocked when she found out her 2nd daughter didn’t have a heartbeat at 29 weeks and her world was forever changed. She was blessed to have amazing support in the hospital through the stillbirth, but felt lost and full of anxiety when she found out she was pregnant soon after. She struggled to find the help she needed and ended up having a miscarriage. After a big long break and lots of healing and recovery while her husband was deployed, she was able to embrace hope and find joy in pregnancy again when he returned. Today, they cherish the precious moments with their eldest daughter Jadyn and their rainbow baby Westyn.

Having weathered the storms of complicated pregnancies, unexpected birthing outcomes, loss, and the emotional turbulence of pregnancy after loss, postpartum struggles, and parenting after loss, she is now there to serve others who may be experiencing a similar emotional ride. As a full spectrum doula and coach, she is dedicated to providing compassionate care throughout every phase of the parenthood path.
